Mini Makeup Haul

I've been getting in to makeup more and more as the year progresses and i'm starting to learn about how I should be doing proper hauls and reviews. These are not sponsored in anyway what so ever, I just like sharing my finds

For someone who has slowly been getting into makeup, I was in desperate need for some makeup wipes. During my trip to Daiso, I came across these in their makeup isle and was told that they were in popular demand. They come in a small plastic container and has about 35 sheets. Plus they're infused with lemon which is useful for whitening the skin.

(Here's what the sheets and container looks like)

But don't let the cute packaging fool you because these wipes aren't that big of a deal. In fact they barely remove makeup and dry up pretty quickly; before you can clean your entire face. I wouldn't recommend these at all as makeup wipes.

Where I bought them: Daiso
Price: $2.00-$4.00
Pros: Cute packaging and fairly cheap
Cons: Hardly cleans anything
Usage:
Overall:

(Top to bottom: Blending brush, eye shadow brush, angled brush)

Since i'm slowly getting into makeup, I figured I could buy some brushes. I mean c'mon, you need brushes for practically everything! A quick trip to Target and I came across E.L.F. brand makeup brushes. I don't have anything to compare them to except paintbrushes and cheap disposable brushes.

Where I bought them: Target
Price: $1.00 (Each)
Pros: Cheap and does it's job perfectly
Cons: The white ones can fall apart if used to roughly
Usage:
Overall:

First time using Tinted Moisturizer since I usually use BB cream (is there a difference?) and I love wearing this when I usually am having a lazy day and just want to even out my skin tone.

Where I bought them: Target
Price: $2.00-$3.00
Pros: Very light and portable
Cons: It smells weird? (Again no prior knowledge so I have nothing to compare to), no major coverage
Usage:
Overall:

First time using concealer that isn't from samples. It has a sweet smell that most people find to much (based on my research) but I loved it. I just wish it covered more since I have bad acne scars aha.

Where I bought them: Target
Price: $1.00-$2.00
Pros: It smells really nice and can cover minor blemishes
Cons: Doesn't work all that great at covering acne scars and other bad blemishes
Usage:
Overall:

I am not a fan of liquid eyeliner (I think it looks bad on me) but this one was too cute to resist so I thought i'd check it out. Turns out it was a double eyeliner. I was scared to try it at first since it came from Daiso and it was cheap (Iunno, cheap prices sound scary to me) but again, couldn't resist the design.

Where I bought them: Daiso
Price: $1.50-$2.00
Pros: It has two uses (pencil and liquid), peels of easily with makeup remover
Cons: Have yet to test how long it lasts but so far I know it's not waterproof
Usage:
Overall:

Thanks for reading and I hope to bring more reviews to this blog !

~Rara's Jewels Giveaway Review~

My giveaway package arrived from Rara's Jewels today! It was sent to me on Saturday and arrived very quickly~

Shipping:

The package's contents (minus the candy because the heat made it squishy)

It came with a business card that included all the information i'd need if I wanted to reach them. As well as a cute little letter

First is the Fairy Kei Heart and Bow necklace. As an artist, I found the colors to be a perfect match and gave the necklace a vibrant pop in colour. The chain was the perfect length for a necklace. By far one of my favorites already. Would definitely purchase it in the future

Here's a preview of the length and size.

Next is the Fairy Kei Kawaii Mermaid tail necklace. Perfect in length and is also light weight unlike most jewelry this size. I also loved the color that I was given.

Length and size preview.

Third item is the Fairy Kei Kawaii Seashell necklace. Another personal favorite because of the how realistic it appears as well as the length of the chain. Once again another vibrant colour that makes the necklace itself very appealing.

Fourth item is the Fairy Kei Kawaii Castle necklace. Like the previous three items, this one also comes in a beautiful colour and a good length in chains. The details are also wonderful and carefully crafted.

Necklaces:

Favorite:

Fairy Kei Heart and Bow necklace (5/5 would purchase one in the future)

Fifth item in the package is the Fairy Kei Angel Wing Heart hair clips. Colours chosen for this was perfect and gave the accessories a real angelic feel. It was also carefully crafted because not a single flaw was found. Simple alligator teethed clips were used which allows a more proper grip.

Lastly, the final items from the package are the Fairy Kei Angel Wing hair clips. The colour chosen was perfect in hue which is good because any darker and the wings wouldn't feel as appealing to me (personally. Unless it was a demon type). Like all her items, it was carefully crafted and made with extreme effort. Simple alligator teethed clips were also used making it more long lasting to those who move around a lot.

Favorite item:
Both (5/5 would purchase in other colors)

Package included freebies such as adorable stickers

And cute mini note pages that I completely adore.

I would highly recommend this magnificent shop to anyone looking for something cute or to match their fashion/decor. Shipping is fast and the packaging is 100% secure. The products are carefully crafted and the colors chosen for each individual item was well thought out.
